Reservation and Cancellation Policies

      

To provide quality service to our guests, we require reservations for all of our adventures. When making a reservation you will be given a time to meet at our Kayaking Centre. These times are determined by the tides. Usually we can wait no more than 5 minutes for late comers. New Brunswick is in the Atlantic Time Zone. Visitors entering New Brunswick from Ontario, Quebec, and the United States must turn their clocks ahead by one hour

Half-day, Full-day Adventures & Special Paddles Reservations: Reservations for our half-day, full-day adventures & special paddles can be confirmed with a credit card number although no deduction is made from the card until after the tour. Reservations can be made by telephone, or in person - at which time you will be provided with a meeting time at our home base. If you get our voice mail - especially in the winter months, please leave a message. We do want to talk to you. Cancellation: Because of the high demand for its tours, FreshAir Adventure requires notification of any cancellation 24 hours prior to the tour. Otherwise a 50% charge will be made. The full cost of the tour is made for no-shows. There is no charge if FreshAir Adventure cancels a tour because of weather and sea conditions. If your guides decide to cut a tour short for safety concerns, the price of the tour will be adjusted accordingly. There are no minimum numbers for the half-day adventure. Multi-day Adventures Multi-day tours requires a 50% deposit at the time of the booking, full payment two weeks prior to the tour. A cancellation 15 to 30 days in advance - full refund will be extended, less $100.00 administration fee A cancellation 1 - 14 days in advanced - no refund will be extended. Cancellation by FreshAir Adventure (for safety considerations and insufficient numbers - minimum of four) - full refund will be extended.
