Paddle Canada Level 1 Sea kayak Skills Clinic

This program, presented over two days, is designed to provide paddlers with the necessary skills to safely embark on day adventures in calm and relatively sheltered conditions. Successful candidates will be awarded the nationally recognized certification of Paddle Canada Sea Kayaking Skills Level I.

Wilderness First Aid for Outdoor Leaders

In association with Sirius Wilderness Medicine - FreshAir Adventure offers a 40 hour course for those that may need to practice first aid in wilderness situations. SIRIUS WILDERNESS MEDICINE is a Canadian organization which was founded in response to the increasing demand for comprehensive and realistic first aid training for outdoor professionals.

Day and Half-day Skills and Safety Clinics (FAA Level 1)

FreshAir Adventure offers several day and half-day Skills and Safety Clinics for anyone wanting to improve paddling skills, safety and confidence on the water. Participants are introduced to efficient paddling strokes as well as safety procedures, including solo and assisted rescues. Paddle Canada certification provided for selected courses.
